·       These are only shared with the adviser assigned to your enquiry. This information is not shared to any other third-party service providers, unless you have given permission for us to do so.

·       We keep a record of these in our secure CRM for audit and marketing follow-up purposes.

·       These documents are not shared with any other party without your explicit consent.

6. When We Share Your Information

Registered financial advisers for insurance advice and comparisons

·       Third-party service providers (e.g., mortgage brokers, lawyers or other service providers) -  only where you have verbally or digitally agreed

·       IT and CRM support service providers under confidentiality agreements

·       Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law
